Your tasks are:
- Design of exhibition areas
- Arrangement of products
- Creation of product descriptions and price tags
- Training of sales staff in merchandising techniques and product knowledge
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and obtain customer feedback
- Creation of content to support customers in their purchasing decisions (product comparisons, styling tips, care instructions)
- Sharing content on the website and Instagram to enhance the shopping experience and promote brand engagement
- Travel to various outlets to ensure consistency of merchandising standards and identify opportunities for improvement
- Understanding the brand, target audience and current fashion trends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
We expect these qualifications:
- Experience in merchandise management and content management, preferably in the fashion sector
- In-depth knowledge of the fashion industry and current fashion trends
- Understanding of brand positioning and target group analysis
- Knowledge of product photography and image processing
- Structured and independent working style
- Passion for fashion and trends
- Customer orientation and a good feel for market requirements
- Good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Teamwork, resilience, hands-on mentality and flexibility
- drivers licence class B
