Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel the contract you have concluded with us without giving any reason within fourteen days. The cancelation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods (or the last goods, part shipment or item in the case of a contract for several goods of a uniform order or the delivery of goods in several part shipments or items). To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us by means of a clear statement of your decision to cancel the contract. You can use the sample cancelation form shown below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

 

National returns

For returns from Germany, please use the following link and enter your details in the form. You will receive an email, which you can print out and use as a delivery label. The return is free of charge for you. You are welcome to use the package used by us for returns.

 

International returns

For returns outside Germany,we are unable to assume the costs for the returns. Please send your returns to the address indicated below.

 Please send your cancelation by post to:JCA Fashion GmbH Antwerpener Straße 42 50672 Cologne or electronically to our Support. In order to comply with the cancelation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right to cancel before the expiry of the cancelation period. 

Consequences of cancelation:

If you cancel the contract, we will return all payments that we have received from you for the purchased goods that we have received from you and we will refund you the costs of the cheapest standard delivery that we offer. This refund will be made immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your cancelation of the contract has been received by us. We will use the same payment method that you used for your original transaction for your refund unless we have specifically agreed something different with you. We will not charge you fees for the refund under any circumstances. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided us with evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is sooner. You must send us the goods received from us immediately, and in all circumstances from 14 days of the date on which you have notified us of this cancelation. If you are sending the goods back from Germany, we will assume the costs for the return. In this case, the goods should be sent by using the following link to the returns portal. If you are sending the goods from outside Germany, you must do so at your own expense to the following address: Deventer Kontrakt Logistik GmbH Oh April Hüttenstraße 100-102 50170 Kerpen. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days elapses. You are responsible for the immediate costs of sending back the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

End of the cancelation policy

Please note that we are not obliged to take back obviously used goods. We would also like to point out that we can claim compensation for any damage to the goods caused by you.
