At the moment we only offer Paypal as a payment method. This can be paid via credit card or direct debit. For further questions about payment via Paypal please contact the customer service of Paypal (www.paypal.com).
Alternatively, there is the possibility to pay orders via an OH APRIL gift certificate. More information about gift certificates can be found in the FAQ section below.
An order confirmation usually comes within a few minutes after the order is shot. In exceptional cases, the order confirmation may be delayed up to 24 hours due to system overloads. It should be noted that the purchase contract is not concluded until the shipping confirmation.
The order serves only as an offer to conclude a purchase contract. When an order is placed with us, we send an automatic e-mail confirming receipt of the order by us and listing its details. The confirmation of an order does not constitute an acceptance of the offer, but serves informative purposes. The purchase contract is concluded only after shipping and is confirmed with a second e-mail (shipping confirmation) (About products from the same order, which are not listed in the shipping confirmation, no purchase contract is concluded).

With the shipping confirmation, a DHL shipment number is generated, which is to be checked against the homepage of DHL. If a package has not arrived after more than 10 days, we ask the customer service (email@example.com) to contact so that an investigation can be initiated.
After receiving a delivery, check whether the shipment was properly delivered. If damage is already apparent on the packaging, we recommend that you record this pictorially before the contents are checked. If the contents also show transport damage, we ask you to also document this pictorially and send this to our customer service immediately.
All our styles, as well as the materials are tested for the highest quality before final production. Only when the materials meet our complete satisfaction, we start hand manufacturing. Since the production is a hand production, the styles are directed to the highest standard.
Should you find a defect, the first thing to check on your part is whether the care instructions have been considered and applied. Often, a complaint is about incorrect handling and care.
Some materials (for example Tencel) are very light and sun sensitive. To be able to wear the style in good condition in the long term, the care and material instructions are to be observed.
An order can be returned within 14 days after receipt of the shipment. For deliveries from Germany, there is the possibility to use our return link. Further information can be found here.

Chest circumference Pass the tape measure horizontally under the armpits over the strongest part of the chest.
Waist circumference Measure the waist circumference at the level of the natural waist (between the highest point of the hip bone and the lowest rib arch).
Hip circumference Place the tape measure around the hips and measure the circumference of the strongest part of the buttocks.

Digital vouchers can be purchased on the homepage. Physical vouchers can be purchased in the store.
With a voucher is at the end of an order or at checkout the possibility to redeem it.
Please make sure in the invoice amount of your order whether your voucher has actually been charged. Should the voucher not have been credited, the customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) to contact.
Digital voucher: A digital voucher will be sent within a few minutes to the email address used during the purchase. If the email is not in your main mailbox, please also check your spam folder. Some email providers may take longer to deliver.
If the order is over the value of the voucher, in addition, another payment method can be selected to pay the balance. In the case of a refund, the amounts will be credited as paid. Please note that the refund method cannot be changed.
